HR0613 - This is a behavior change based workshop. This workshop looks at "non-hunger eating," cravings, and self-defeating beliefs about foot and weight, helping participants manage these challenges through mindfulness based techniques. This workshop will have participants creating a workable plan for becoming more mindful around eating.
