steps toward better overall wellness by understanding the numbers that matter most.
From financial health to physical health, knowing your numbers helps you make informed decisions
and take control of your well-being.
You are not required to submit your actual numbers.

Health experts often recommend the 8×8 ruleβeight 8-ounce glasses of water a day,
which equals about 2 liters (half a gallon).

The Big Change Money Jar Challenge is a 30-day envelope savings challenge
designed to help you save $150 by the end of the month.
This challenge highlights how simple, consistent habits can lead to meaningful financial progress.
Participants will receive a submission form with different dollar denominations.

β Place the cash into your envelope
β Color in the matching amount on your form
Just like physical and mental wellness, financial wellness plays an important role
in your overall well-being.
This challenge is a reminder that even small savings can add up to something bigβand that
