You may be concerned about having less control, not knowing if people are being productive at their work, or if they’re feeling disconnected. While these concerns may be normal, the guiding principles of managing are the same regardless of whether the team is located under one roof or geographically dispersed. This program offers tips and techniques to help you with the transition to remote work and to support you in effectively managing virtual employees.
