MHN: Fitness: Putting Your Health First
HR0842--Daily exercise plays a key role in maintaining good health and managing weight. Exercise also assists in stress reduction, promotes healthy sleep and increases feeling of well-being. This workshop will focus on fitness and exercise and help participants develop a workout plan.
Objectives:
• Reduce unhealthy behaviors
• Understand the basic aspects of fitness
• Create an exercise program that meets individual needs
