      • Organizing for impact
      • Choosing an appropriate format and appearance
      • Using a consistent, professional style
  • Write better emails by:
      • Understanding email etiquette and acceptable tone and word usage
      • Knowing the benefits and risks of using email
      • Understanding appropriate and inappropriate use of punctuation, grammar, slang, emoticons, and acronyms
