HR0719- This class is designed for staff who supervise others. We will dive into leadership styles and work on approaches to enhance leadership skills by identifying your current work style, identifying how other’s may view you and identifying how you want to be seen by your staff team. We will also give an opportunity to understand some areas of improvement you can make in the short and long term.
