HR0694- Mindful Stretching- Easy and gentle stretching that incorporates sitting and standing poses.  A Certified Fitness Instructor will lead participants through a simple yet effective stretching routine that will reduce stress and improve energy.  Participants will learn basic yoga poses as well as proper breathing techniques.
