Procrastination is, you know...when you know what you ought to do and you're not able to bring yourself to do it. Sure, we all occasionally put things off until the last minute, but true procrastinators do so chronically. This behavior can result in stress, anxiety, and poor work performance, and may also put a strain on work and personal relationships. In this course, we'll review a variety of tips and strategies for overcoming procrastination and becoming more effective in your work and life.
