HR0664 - For the first time in American history, there are five generations working side-by-side in the workplace. With this age diversity comes the issue of distinct generations - the Traditionalists, the Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z - working together and sometimes colliding as their paths cross. This workshop addresses how to deal with the unique communication issues that can arise when the different generations (with diverse values, ideas and ways of getting things done) come together in the workplace.
