HR0167 - Not every customer interaction is going to be a positive experience, but a strong customer service foundation can make difficult interactions easier to handle. This class focuses on the basics of customer service and helps participants develop a plan for positive interactions with customers.
Participants will :
- Define excellent customer service
- Be able to recognize the different difficult personality types
- Create an action plan to deal with angry customers
