HRLA: SJC Performance Evaluation Guidelines

HR0057 - This course provides participants with general guidelines on conducting effective performance appraisals. Participants will also review the  County’s Civil Service Rules that address performance evaluations.

Participants will:

• Review the sections in the Memoranda of Understanding that relate to performance evaluations
• Gain a thorough understanding of Civil Service Rule 13
• Be able to conduct effective performance appraisals
