CELEBRATING THE ARTS AND CULTURE IN STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA – LIKE AND FOLLOW STOCKTON ARTS WEEK ON FACEBOOK!
Who: Visit Stockton, local venues, artists and arts organizations throughout Stockton. There will be no charge to participate in Stockton Arts Week. Our goal is to integrate many disciplines and cultures, and encourage partnerships between groups.
What: Stockton Arts Week is a celebration of our community’s diverse arts and cultural offerings. This city-wide event highlights the vibrant art and culture Stockton has to offer by planning creative arts related events, such as: art walks, exhibitions, paint nights, demonstrations, performances, workshops, and much more! Stockton Arts Week is not an organization; rather, it is a 10-day celebration created to promote the rich arts and culture in Stockton.
When: A 10-day (Friday through following Sunday – two weekends) event from October 13-22, 2017.
Why: To share with the Stockton residents the vast amount of working artists, arts organizations and arts venues in the city and to give our locals an opportunity to learn, participate and enjoy a variety of new arts experiences.
