HR0848- In philosophy, happiness refers to "the good life," or "flourishing." In psychology, it is a mental or emotional state of well-being that can be defined by positive emotions. Regardless of how it is defined, happiness is something people want. In this course we'll go over research-based strategies for cultivating your own happiness.
Objectives:
• Explore factors that determine our happiness levels
• Review the five core elements of psychological well-being and happiness
• Discuss strategies for increasing happiness levels
