The Know Your Numbers Challenge encourages employees to take simple, meaningful steps toward better overall wellness by understanding the numbers that matter most. Small changes—like checking your credit score or knowing your blood pressure—can have a big impact on your long-term health and well-being.
This challenge highlights financial wellness by encouraging participants to obtain their credit scores and review credit reports from the three major credit bureaus, helping build awareness and confidence in personal financial health.
It also supports physical wellness by promoting awareness of key health metrics provided by your healthcare provider, such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, and other important medical levels.
For privacy purposes, participants are not required to enter or submit their actual numbers. The submission form only asks participants to check off once they have obtained or reviewed each number.
By knowing your numbers, you gain insight, take control, and lay the foundation for healthier choices—because small changes today can lead to a big impact tomorrow.

Small changes really do add up! The This, Not That Challenge is a fun and approachable way to focus on simple, everyday choices that can lead to lasting improvements in your overall well-being. Throughout the challenge, participants are encouraged to make small, intentional swaps—like choosing a walk instead of screen time, packing lunch instead of eating out, or making coffee at home instead of buying it.
These changes don’t require a complete lifestyle overhaul. Instead, they’re designed to fit easily into your daily routine and help you build healthier habits one choice at a time. By completing just 10 swaps during the challenge period, you’ll be taking meaningful steps toward improved energy, balance, and wellness—while also having a little fun along the way.
Join us in embracing the 2026 Wellness Theme, Small Changes = Big Impact, and see how small decisions can create positive ripples in your day, your health, and your life. Take the challenge, make a few swaps, and discover how powerful small changes can be!
During this month, choose 10 “This, Not That” swaps and circle each one as you complete it in your daily routine. Once all 10 swaps are completed, email your completed submission form to sjcengage@sjgov.org by April 7,2026 to be entered into a prize drawing. The drawing will be held April 8,2026 at 12:30pm.
