The holidays are chaotic and it’s likely that despite all of the sugar cookies and eggnog, the last thing on your mind is squeezing in a workout. And that’s exactly why HIIT workouts are ideal! HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is designed for maximum fat/calorie burn in a minimum amount of time. It consists of short bursts of intense, all-out exercise, followed by short periods of rest.
