Educational Reimbursement Program

Please Read

At this time, all Educational Reimbursement payments are experiencing a temporary delay due to the implementation of Workday’s new processing system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience as we complete this transition.

ALL EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED THROUGH WORKDAY. EMPLOYEE MUST APPROVE THESE REQUESTS THROUGH WORKDAY BEFORE CHECK WILL BE MAILED.

To help ensure there are no further delays, please complete the following steps in Workday:

  1. Log in to Workday. (Contact ISD for log in instructions)

  2. Click on the person icon in the top-right corner and verify that your mailing address is correct, as this is where your reimbursement check will be mailed.

  3. Once HR enters your Educational Reimbursement request in Workday, you must approve the request by logging into your Workday and viewing your task box. (Right hand corner, next to profile icon)

  4. After your approval, your manager will also need to approve the request before it can be reviewed by the auditor and processed for payment.
