Keep Hydrated With These Homemade Electrolyte Pops!

The heat that accompanies Central Valley summers is no joke, with sweltering temperatures reaching the triple digits regularly. With kids on summer break and outside activities being a daily occurance, it’s important to make sure that you and your loved ones stay hydrated! These homemade pops are tasty, easy to make, and will help replenish any electrolytes lost while under the summer sun. They’re also great for colds and flues, helping to keep fluids up!

 

Citrus Electrolyte Pops
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp himalayan pink salt
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse for a minute
  2. Pour all liquid in popsicle molds and freeze overnight
  3. Enjoy!
