The Triple Play Challenge encourages staff to take part in multiple areas of wellness. Of the 4 major wellness areas, staff who are interested in this challenge would attend wellness courses from 3 of the 4 different wellness categories: Physical, Mental, Financial & Professional.
As part of the campaign, staff will sign an acknowledgment form stating that they attended 3 courses from differing wellness categories. Upon submitting the completed entry form, staffs name will be entered into a drawing for one grand prizewinner whose name will be selected at the end of the campaign from the eligible entries.
Courses that are taken from January 1 through June 30, 2020 are eligible. Any courses taken outside of this timeframe are not eligible for this challenge.
Submission forms can be sent in beginning April 1, 2020 and need to be turned in by no later than 5:00pm on June 30, 2020.
