Know Your Numbers

The Know Your Numbers campaign is aimed at getting staff to realize the important numbers that make up wellness. This includes financial wellness by way of obtaining credit scores and reviewing credit reports from the 3 main credit bureaus. It also supports the goals to achieve physical wellness by receiving important medical levels from your health care provider such as blood pressure and BMI amongst others.
As part of the campaign, staff will sign an acknowledgment form stating that they received this information from their healthcare provider. Upon submitting the completed entry form, staffs name will be entered into a drawing for one grand prizewinner whose name will be selected at the end of the campaign from the eligible entries.
Submission forms can be sent in beginning January 2, 2020 and need to be turned in by no later than 5:00pm on March 31, 2020.
