Elective - Customer Service and the Angry Customer

HR0167 - Not every customer interaction is going to be a positive experience, but a strong customer service foundation can make difficult interactions easier to handle. This class focuses on the basics of customer service and helps participants develop a plan for positive interactions with customers.

Participants will :

  • Define excellent customer service
  • Be able to recognize the different difficult personality types
  • Create an action plan to deal with angry customers
